Hi,

I've found what it seems to be a bug.

1) create a Unity cube primitive
2) Select the Game Object and activate Mesh Editor
3) Choose the Face selector
4) Change the scale of the face
5) Try to Extrude the new face. It will extrude what it seems to be the old face size (probably there is a mesh update missing somewere).

Could you please check this situation?

Thank you.

Hi d2duplo,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I get the same results as you describe. The temporary solution is to step out of edit mode and back into edit mode which forces the program to reset its internal copy of the mesh. I'm working on a completely new mesh handling class so this will be fixed in the next update of Mesh Editor.

Hi,

Thank you for the prompt reply.

I've also found another issue. In the editor menu, if there is some game object behind it (i.e. hidden behind the menu), we can't select the menu buttons (when clicked its going to select the object).

Thanks

I have tested the editor menu in the latest versions (4.6.2 and 5 beta) and it works for me but others have had a few problems as well. They report that it sometimes shows up in unusual places etc. This is why I added shortcuts to each program to the standard Unity Window menu. I liked the idea of the transparent overlay and floating menu but I will either have to rebuild it or replace it in the next version of MeshMaker.
